What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, your WhatsApp number, and the service, date and time you asked for. If you pay online, Paystack also collects your email address and your card or bank details; those never reach our website.

Why we collect it

To confirm your appointment, to contact you if we need to change it, and to match an online payment to a booking. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them on WhatsApp.

Who sees it

The spa's staff, and Paystack (our payment processor) for online payments. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Payment records are kept as long as Nigerian tax and payment rules require.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp 0703 361 9852 and we will respond within 30 days.
